AME-Higher Career Pathways Exploration (CPE)

AME-Higher CPE (or AME-Hire project) are the first step in our pre-apprenticeship program (see below). The AME-Higher CPE is part 1 of the HPAp pre-apprenticeship focuses on sustainable career pathways, such as:

• Digital Media (production)

• Education | Healthcare

• IT | Cybersecurity

• Construction | Engineering

• Sustainable | Environmental Science

• Fintech | Business  

• Legal | more

This program is offered in-person/on campus (high schools or colleges) and online (remotely). Cash stipends available at some locations. ​​​​​​Please check with program staff for our campuses /locations offering training.

Hollywood Production Assistant Program (HPAp)

Hollywood Teaching Assistant Program (HTAp)

​​​​​

The HPAp and HTAp (formerly offered as just the Performing Arts Teaching Assistant) is the second step (or part 2) of the pre-apprenticeship program), and now offering several different career tracks.

 

The HPAp has 2 different tracks:

​​​

- Digital Media Production Assistant (DMPA, creative)

- Digital Production Management Assistant (DPMA, admin.)

​​​​​

The HTAp has 5 different expanded learning tracks:

​​​

- Performing Arts Teaching Assistant (PATA) ~ Artists

- Digital Media Teaching Assistant (DMTA) ~ Filmmaker

- Sports & Fitness Teaching Assistant (SPTA) ~ Coach

- Environmental & Cultural Arts Teaching Assistant (ECTA)

- AME-CPE Teaching Assistant (teaching the AME-Higher CPE)

Programs coming soon:

1) Acting Professionally, and

2) Re/Entry Key OJT (Re/e Key), for foster youth, justice involved, etc. entering   for the first time or re-entering the workforce.

Note: All of our programs are offered as either standalone or joint pre-apprenticeships or internships/externships. Many of our programs are paid while others are not.

APPRENTICESHIPS (launching soon) 

 

We are launching two full apprenticeships for those who aregraduates of one of our pre-apprenticeships (HPAp or HTAp) or a program from one of our partners, and they will train and certify participants for sustainable careers in AME and education.

​

Our apprenticeships are fully paid on-the-job training programs with college tuition for certification paid as well (if needed). If you are interested in digital media or teaching in an afterschool program (performing arts, media/filmmaking, sports/fitness, environmental science or our AME-CPE program) we offer:

- Digital Media Assistant Program (DMAp)

- Expanded Learning Teaching Assistant Program (ELTAp)
